We did see Old Faithful twice. Cheryl got this very cool time lapse photo of it. We did most of the park by car. We had pretty good weather, a few rain storms here and there but the beauty of this place is that everywhere you look it is amazing no matter what the weather is.
On our third day we drove into the park again and then drove through the Teton's to our next hotel stop in Jackson Hole WY. Our resort was super cool, very neat place to stay. Someday I would like to go back and stay longer.
The morning we were getting ready to head to Salt Lake City I sneezed and did something weird to my back. It hurt so bad. I took some meds and I slept the entire way to SLC. Poor Cheryl did all the driving that day. I am grateful for her doing it. My back feels better and hopefully it will stay that way.
Salt Lake City was mainly a stop so we could have a bit of downtime as well as do some laundry. We did have it planned to go see the Mormon Tabernacle choir. On Thursdays they open it up to the public. It was amazing! I think we all enjoyed it a lot. My favorite song was the encore, which was Climb Every Mountain...
Tomorrow we have our longest drive yet. Reno NV. It should take us about 8 hours. Then the next day is Ukiah CA.
It has been an amazing trip!
