San Fran picture catch up post

Ok, I am so far behind.  There are a few reasons why.  We have had some places like Yosemite and Delano/Ft. Bragg that had weak or no internet service.  Then we have had some late nights.  Tonight is no exception:)  The best way I can think to update and catch up is with picture posts.

Terri was our hero of the trip by letting us know that we needed to get tickets for Alcatraz early!  Boy were we glad we got them.  They were sold out until July 28th!

We would have only gotten to see it from the boat if we didn't get the tickets

It was a steep climb up, Jennie and I rode the tram while the rest of the gang climbed up.

The island is very pretty in an odd way.  It had lots of pretty plants and flowers.

The showers.  They removed the partitions for safety of the prison!

I can't remember where this was but I thought it was interesting to see this view from the prison.

They had an audio tour for everyone.  It made it oddly quiet and serene here.
