Delano-Birthplace of Jennie-and family grave visit

Jennie was born in Delano California and she has family that were buried here.  Her father who died serving our country in World War II when she was just 6 months.

His name is on this memorial to Veterans 

Last second idea to do a rubbing of his name, it turned out great!

Charles is her Uncle who also served in the war.

I am very glad we got to see these family grave sites.   We tried to find the old hospital but it had been torn down and a medical office was there instead so no picture of Jennie where she was born.
