Head West With Us: Our tour of LA-Surprise Family reunion

We decided to book a tour with a bus company to tour LA, we had several things we wanted to see and this tour should have hit most of them if not all of them. It was ok, but honestly I wasn't impressed with our tour company. However, they did pick us up at the hotel which was helpful. The big complaints were that the driver had an opinion on everything/body and shared it. Also, he wanted us to tell him if we wanted to go to places that were "need to know" that were not in the tour but that he could take us to but wouldn't tell us where it was or what it was? It was like a bad game. Then the bus was so hot that it was uncomfortable. Anyways, it was still a way to see stuff without driving around in the crazy traffic:)

However, had we not booked with that tour company and had the driver not been late to pick us up we would not have had the family reunion with the Indiana cousins:) I tell you it was the most bizarre thing ever to run into family in a hotel lobby in Anaheim! The odds are totally against us in booking the same hotel and we didn't know we were in the hotel with them until that morning! It was a very exciting and happy reunion. They headed out to Lego Land while we did the LA tour, so we met up for a late dinner to catch up. So happy that we saw them!
